My mom.

In order for my mom's mothering needs to be fulfilled she needed to have like 20 kids. Her ability to love and nurture is just so great. Since she only had three, you can just imagine the kind of mom this lady is.

As I reflect on the kind of mom I want to be, I feel like the bar has been raised pretty darn high and I better not mess it up. I'm very lucky to have been raised by such a wonderful woman, she is the perfect example of selflessness and compassion. Aside from these, my mom is also known for her following attributes: Her sense of humor, her love of dancing, and her love of people, she is pretty much the life of the party (literally). She has a huge group of girlfriends which she has maintained her entire life. I think that says a lot about her. She is just so much fun to be around. Everyone loves her!

She is so excited for our baby, that's all she talks about. She is going to be the best grandma. I can't wait. I'm so glad to have her nearby because I still have so much to learn from her and I know I'm going to need her help more than ever!
